TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Arrahman Tours, located at 2832 222nd Ave NE, Sammamish, WA 98074, USA ("the Operator," "we," "us," or "our"), and the individual or entity purchasing travel services ("the Traveler," "you," or "your"). By booking a tour or related services with Arrahman Tours, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

1. ROLE OF ARRAHMAN TOURS

Arrahman Tours acts solely as a tour operator and/or agent in arranging travel services, including but not limited to:

  • Airline tickets

  • Hotel accommodations

  • Ground transportation

  • Guided tours

  • Visa assistance

Important Notice: We do not own, operate, or control any airlines, hotels, transportation companies, or other suppliers providing services. All travel services are provided subject to the terms and conditions of the suppliers, and Arrahman Tours shall not be liable for acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party suppliers.

2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Arrahman Tours and its affiliates are NOT responsible for:

  • Third-Party Actions: Injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by acts or omissions of third-party suppliers

  • Force Majeure Events: Acts of God, natural disasters, weather conditions, or other force majeure events

  • Transportation Issues: Mechanical breakdowns, airline cancellations, or schedule changes

  • Government Actions: Government actions, immigration/customs regulations, or refusal of entry

  • Civil Unrest: Civil disturbances, strikes, thefts, quarantines, epidemics/pandemics

  • Documentation Issues: Traveler's failure to possess required travel documents (passport, visa, vaccination certificates)

  • Traveler Delays: Expenses incurred due to Traveler's late arrival, absence, or early departure from the tour

Additional Costs: Any additional costs required to rejoin the group or arrange alternative travel are the sole responsibility of the Traveler. No refunds will be provided for unused services after departure.

3. TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES

The Traveler is responsible for:

3.1 Documentation

  • Ensuring all travel documents (passport valid for at least 6 months, visas, vaccination records) are obtained before departure

  • Complying with all immigration, customs, and health regulations of the destination country

3.2 Timeliness

  • Arriving on time for all flights, tours, and transfers

3.3 Insurance

  • Obtaining appropriate travel insurance (highly recommended) to cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events

4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Deposit

  • A deposit (amount specified at booking) is required to secure a reservation

4.2 Full Payment

  • Full payment must be received by the due date provided at booking

  • Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation without refund

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Payments are accepted via credit card, Zelle, and bank transfer

5. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Arrahman Tours. The following policies apply:

5.1 Airline Tickets & Visa Fees

  • Once issued, airline tickets and visa fees are NON-REFUNDABLE

  • If the ticket and visa have not yet been issued, a refund may be processed, subject to a $350 cancellation fee

5.2 COVID-19 Considerations

  • If the Traveler tests positive for COVID-19 prior to departure and presents an official PCR test result, Arrahman Tours will attempt to negotiate refunds with airlines, hotels, and other suppliers

  • Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier policies

5.3 Additional Supplier Charges

  • Any penalties or fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or other providers will be the responsibility of the Traveler

6. FORCE MAJEURE

Arrahman Tours is NOT LIABLE for delays, changes, or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • War

  • Pandemics

  • Political instability

  • Government restrictions

No refunds will be provided in such cases unless recoverable from suppliers.

7. TRAVEL INSURANCE

We strongly recommend that Travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against:

  • Trip cancellations

  • Trip interruptions

  • Medical expenses

  • Baggage loss

8. HEALTH & FITNESS

  • Some tours may involve physical activities, walking long distances, or climbing stairs

  • Travelers should ensure they are in good health to participate

  • Arrahman Tours reserves the right to decline participation to any Traveler deemed unfit for the tour

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

9.1 Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

9.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, unless otherwise required by law.

10. ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By booking with Arrahman Tours, you confirm that you have:

  • Read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions

  • Understand our role as a facilitator and not the provider of actual transportation or accommodation services
